Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping 2-day is $50.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured for the value of the jewelry being shipped. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@emanueladuca.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us at info@emanueladuca.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
International Shipping
